Asian Mojito

3cl FASHION VODKA
3-4 pieces of fresh lime
12-15 Coriander leaves
3-4 Slices of Ginger
1 Lemon grass stick
Long dash of lemon cordial
Club soda to top up and ice cubes

Prepare in a highball glass. First rim the glass with sugar. Muddle the ginger and coriander leaves. Add the limes and muddle for the juices to come out. Add ice cubes to the top, pour in the lemon cordial and vodka. Cut across a lemon grass stick and bang with the muddler so that the aroma is released and use it as a stirrer as you top up with the Club soda.
